The Prettiest Picnic Co was created to bring beautifully styled picnics to Cincinnati and its surrounding areas. We are here to help you celebrate lifes moments. Our picnics can be styled to your occasion. Perfect for proposals, date nights, anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, bachelorettes, and more. Our set ups can even be kid friendly!

Our Founder Aimee has always had an entrepreneurial spirit laced with fierce creativity. Her love for event planning and creating beautiful spaces, parties, and food has brought her here to this business.

How it works
All of our picnic packages include all rentals, table decor, florals, set up, and pack up.

Add ons are available to take your picnic over the top.

We also partner with some amazing local companies to provide food, snacks, custom signs, balloons, and more!
A few things to note
Booking: You can reserve your picnic up to 3 months in advance. A minimum of 72 hours notice is needed, subject to availability. Our recommendation is 2-3 weeks in advance. Follow along with us on social media as we will share when certain months are filling up.

Contract: A signed contract will be required agreeing to our policies and rental procedures.

Pricing: Pricing options will be provided once you submit a contact form.

Deposit: A non refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. This amount will vary depending on your selections.
Credit Card: A credit card on file is required to secure your date and time.
Picnic Time: A minimum of 2 hours of picnic time will be reserved for your event. Additional 1 hour increments can be added subject to availability. When using public venues all picnics must be cleaned up by sunset for the safety of our guest and picnic stylist. Available time slots will reflect this. This does not apply to events held on private property such as your backyard or in your home.
